Payment and Special Cancellation Policy
The total cost of the retreat is due at the time of registration. The cancellation policy for this retreat differs from our standard policy. The special cancellation policy is to assist those Sangha members who require indoor housing, and we are encouraging you to let us know as early as possible if you do not plan on attending.
The regular cancellation fee of $50 still applies if you cancel.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the program start date, you will receive a refund less the cancellation fee. However, if you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to the program start date, you will receive program credit for the amount paid less the cancellation fee, and if you cancel within 14 days of the program start date, there is no refund or program credit.
